Job Description
The Hostel Warden is responsible for the administration and operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment for resident doctors. Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining occupancy records, and addressing residents’ grievances. The Warden will ensure the proper upkeep and security of the hostel premises, coordinate with staff, and enforce rules impartially.
This role requires strong communication skills and effective collaboration with hospital administration and service providers. The successful candidate will manage records and provide monthly reports regarding hostel operations.
