Job Description
Prominance is looking for a dedicated Hostel Warden to ensure the efficient management, safety, and discipline of our hostel facilities. The ideal candidate will oversee hostel administration, enforce policies, and monitor attendance while addressing any grievances that arise. You will collaborate with staff to maintain hygiene and safety standards and keep open lines of communication with parents or guardians. Regular safety checks of rooms and common areas will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in hostel management, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering food, health insurance, and a provident fund as benefits.
