Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a hostel catering to 1,00 rural girls, ensuring cleanliness and seamless daily operations.
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment by addressing grievances and monitoring the well-being of residents.
- Ensure the provision of nutritious meals and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Instill moral values including discipline and empathy among students.
- Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and budget preparation.
