Job Description
We are a non-profit organization established in 2006, seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Superintendent to oversee our residential learning center for 1,00 rural girls aged 6 to 16 in Kolkata. This role is exclusively for female candidates and involves full-time, permanent employment.
The Hostel Superintendent will manage daily operations, ensuring student welfare and safety. Responsibilities include overseeing hostel administration, supervising staff, providing emotional support, managing health and nutrition, and maintaining secure living conditions. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, 8-10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
