Job Description
Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Help Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or email. Responsibilities include first-level troubleshooting, logging tickets in our ITSM tool, maintaining SLA compliance, and ensuring effective communication until resolution.
Key duties involve vendor coordination, daily reporting, and providing feedback to internal teams. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and be able to identify procedural improvements.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month | Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund | Shift: Day shift | Work Location: In-person
