Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process online loan applications and contact customers regarding loan orders.
- Guide customers for KYC updates and collect pending documents from applicants of reputed banks (HDFC, IDFC, Aditya Birla, etc.).
- Evaluate applications and gather essential client information (PAN/Aadhar, GST).
- Verify details and references while updating the tracker.
- Conduct final reviews before closing applications.
Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and English.
