Job Description

ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is seeking a Hindi Speaking BPO Agent to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries via incoming calls, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while verifying identities in accordance with company protocols.

Your responsibilities will include accurately maintaining customer information in our CRM system, responding to product-related inquiries, processing payments, and conducting outbound calls for renewals.

Salary: ₹11,499.79 – ₹17,730.65 per month
