Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Address customer inquiries about products and services.

2. Manage claims by guiding customers through the filing process.

3. Resolve complaints efficiently through troubleshooting.

4. Process customer requests for policy changes.

5. Support customers with payment and billing inquiries.

6. Upsell relevant insurance products.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

8. Provide feedback to management for service improvement.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies.
