Job Description
Company: NEXORIA TRADE
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Sell products and place orders in the computer system. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors. Provide product information and research required data using available resources. Process orders, forms, and applications, and document all call information according to standard procedures. Follow up on customer calls as necessary and alert management of trends in caller feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,093.67 – ₹17,454.81 per month
