Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Executive to deliver exceptional first and second-level technical support to our users, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for logging, tracking, and resolving incidents within specified service level agreements (SLAs). Any unresolved issues will be escalated as necessary while you maintain detailed records and prepare incident reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of helpdesk experience is preferred. Proficiency in English is preferred, along with ITIL certification.
