Job Description
Vortalsoft Inc is seeking a Help Desk Technician Level 1 to join our team in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy. The ideal candidate should have experience in VPN support, Active Directory, and MS Office products. Proficiency in Windows OS and basic networking is essential.
Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills are required. You should be organized, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
