Job Description
TechKshetra Info Solutions is seeking a competent Help Desk Executive to provide fast and effective technical assistance on computer systems. The ideal candidate will address queries on basic technical issues and provide advice to resolve them.
The responsibilities include reading, writing, and speaking in Kannada and English, mastering MS Office, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring customer issues are fully resolved. Previous telecalling experience is essential.
