Job Description
Della Group seeks an energetic Gym Zumba Instructor to lead high-energy Zumba and group fitness classes, conduct beginner yoga/stretch sessions, and support guest recreation and adventure programs. Responsibilities include planning and managing class schedules, maintaining equipment, tracking attendance, promoting wellness activities, ensuring participant safety, and collaborating with the adventure and operations teams. The position reports to the Operations Manager.
- ZIN certification preferred; experience in hospitality, fitness, dance, wellness, or recreation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, a guest-first attitude, and comfort working with all age groups are required.
- Local candidates from Lonavala or nearby areas will be preferred.
