Job Description
We are seeking a GV Support Specialist to provide technical and customer support for GV services. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve issues, manage support tickets, and maintain accurate documentation to uphold service quality and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Manage ticket lifecycle and ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document procedures, incident reports, and improvement actions.
Qualifications: strong English communication, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in customer or IT support. Familiarity with telephony/cloud services and flexibility for shift work are advantages.
