Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. The ideal candidate will handle payment processing, respond to guest inquiries, coordinate with Housekeeping, and ensure exceptional service throughout the guest experience. Responsibilities include operating the telephone switchboard, securing cash and payment types, and maintaining professional appearance and conduct. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred; no prior experience is required. Candidates should show commitment to company policies and provide a welcoming environment.
