Job Description

Aparna NEO Mall is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Service Executives. This full-time position requires outstanding communication skills and a warm, friendly attitude while engaging with our mall visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the information desk, assisting guests with inquiries, and effectively addressing any complaints. You will work closely with various mall departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.

Please note that this position is open to female candidates only. The salary ranges from ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month, with additional benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
