Job Description
The Guest Service Executive will warmly welcome guests, manage efficient check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and ensure a comfortable stay. You will coordinate with housekeeping and front-desk teams, address and resolve guest concerns promptly, and maintain accurate records.
- Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, professional and friendly demeanor, basic computer skills; hospitality experience preferred.
