Job Description

Olivia Hospitality seeks a professional Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Service Department. The successful candidate will provide warm, personalized service and promptly address guest needs to ensure exceptional experiences.

• Welcome and assist guests to create a pleasant and efficient visit.
• Take and process food & beverage orders; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk for smooth operations.
• Handle billing and transactions following company standards.
• Collect guest feedback and report insights for service improvement.
