Job Description
We are seeking a professional Guest Service Assistant to greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries. The ideal candidate delivers courteous, efficient service while managing phone and email communications and resolving guest concerns.
- Assist guests at the front desk and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic computer tasks.
- Demonstrate strong English communication, attention to detail, a calm professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hospitality or customer-service experience and familiarity with reservation systems are a plus; flexibility for shift work required.
