Job Description
Fragrant Nature Resort, located in Kollam, is looking for a dedicated Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) to become part of our team. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and a warm welcome.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries while ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling registrations, responding to inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and upholding data security protocols.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹13,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month, along with benefits including food provision and a Provident Fund. The role involves rotational shifts and requires in-person attendance.
