Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and settle accounts while delivering outstanding service.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through tailored service and effective up-selling techniques.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards at the Reception desk.
- Supervise daily operations within the Front Office Department.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Hotel Management is required.
