Santamonica Study Abroad Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients in the office while addressing inquiries via phone and email.
- Scheduling consultations and coordinating effectively with counselors.
- Maintaining organized student records and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Managing general office administrative tasks to uphold a professional environment.
