Job Description
We are seeking a polished Guest Relations Associate to deliver warm, professional service and uphold our standards of hospitality. The role includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, assisting with reservations and local recommendations, and resolving complaints promptly and courteously.
- Requirements: Minimum one year of hospitality experience, excellent English communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for shift work.
