Job Description
Wilton Hotel & Restaurants is looking for a dynamic and personable Guest Relation Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a welcoming environment, addressing guest needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival.
- Assist with inquiries and make reservations.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Organize events and activities for guests.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month.
