Job Description
Nura AI Health Screening Centre is seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Relation Executive (Females) to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting with inquiries, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist guests.
- Schedule and manage health screening appointments.
- Provide clear information about our services.
- Address and resolve guest feedback and concerns promptly.
- Organize and maintain an inviting reception area.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of health services are advantageous.
