Job Description
MediaVibe, a premier digital marketing agency, is partnering with Hills and Tree Resort in Wayanad to identify a committed Guest Relations Executive. This pivotal role is integral to crafting unforgettable experiences for guests at our luxurious, nature-inspired resort.
The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Responsibilities include supporting guests during check-in/check-out, liaising with various departments, and promoting resort amenities.
