Job Description
We are seeking a professional Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our property. The successful candidate will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure guest satisfaction with discretion and poise.
Key responsibilities include managing reservations, liaising with internal departments, resolving guest complaints, maintaining accurate guest records, and providing concierge services with professionalism.
- Diploma or equivalent
