Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and personable Guest Experience Associate to be the welcoming face for our guests at Sabha Specialty Coffee. In this role, you will assist patrons with menu selections, serve high-quality food and beverages, and ensure that every visit is memorable. Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally engage with guests
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
- Handle billing and payments with precision
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
Salary: ₹13,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
