Job Description
We are seeking a Growth & Marketing Associate to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will design and execute growth experiments, manage SEM, social, and email campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion funnels in collaboration with product and content teams.
- 1–3 years in growth or performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills; Google Analytics experience required, SQL a plus
- Test-and-learn mindset, excellent communication, and project management
