Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer / Photo Editor who lives and breathes image editing. This role is editing-first, not layout-heavy. You should be extremely comfortable with photo manipulation, advanced color correction, retouching, and high-volume batch editing and you should be fast without compromising quality.

If you can take raw images and turn them into polished, brand-ready visuals efficiently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced photo editing & manipulation (object removal, compositing, texture overlays, background replacement, enhancements)
• Execute professional color correction & color grading with consistency across image sets
• Handle high-volume batch editing using actions, presets, smart workflows
• Retouch images for web, social media, ads, print, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple images, angles, and formats
• Optimize images for different platforms without loss of quality
• Work on tight timelines and deliver edits quickly
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to meet creative goals

Required Skills & Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• Lightroom / Camera Raw (strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding of:
• Color theory & color management
• Lighting, shadows, highlights, textures
• Strong experience in:
• Photo manipulation & compositing
• Retouching (product, lifestyle, architecture, people)
• Batch processing & automation (Actions, Presets)
• Ability to work fast and accurately under pressure
• Excellent eye for detail and finishing quality

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience editing for brands, e-commerce, or social media
• Knowledge of metal, product, architectural, or lifestyle photography
• Basic understanding of branding & visual consistency
• Experience working with large image libraries
