Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Gold Loan Officer to join IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and promoting our products. You will manage customer relationships and assist with soft loan recoveries, requiring active engagement in field sales.
