Job Description
Gems n Jewels is looking for a talented, astute, and energetic individual to join our team as a Gold Jewellery Retail Associate. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing retail operations and fostering client relationships.
- Facilitating retail sales, conducting order follow-ups, and communicating with craftsmen.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Producing engaging social media content through photography.
- Occasionally visiting client and craftsmen workshops as required.
This position offers a salary of ₹15,00 per month (₹13,00 for fresh graduates). Working hours are from 11:40 AM to 8:40 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, with Monday as a day off. The initial two months will be considered a probation period with 80% pay.
