Job Description
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. is looking for a seasoned Global Account Manager for our Mumbai facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining shipment details across the Indian Subcontinent, which includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Key tasks include coordinating connections from transshipment ports, prioritizing hotload lists, and monitoring cargo loading. The manager will also communicate any delays to both MSC USA and our customers, while exploring alternative routing options to minimize delays and maintain accurate delay reason sheets.
Applicants should possess an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree, demonstrate strong drafting abilities, and communicate effectively with international counterparts.
