Job Description
NE Academy is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹35,00.00. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries in the German language, providing a holistic view of the customer’s needs while offering tailored recommendations. Building and nurturing client relationships will be an essential part of this role, and participation in team meetings and process improvement initiatives will be expected.
The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and have at least one year of teaching experience. Proficiency in English is also required. This position is in-person, fostering direct engagement with both clients and team members.
