Are you an experienced Genesys Cloud Architect with over 7 years in the field? Vervali Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented professional to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will begin with a one-month onsite engagement in Bangalore, after which remote work flexibility will be offered.
Essential skills include:
- Custom solution design and feature innovation
- IVR call flow development and CTI integration
- Chatbot creation and API integration for efficient data management
- Conducting analysis, feasibility assessments, and drafting scope of work
