Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Insurance Operations Executive to manage daily policy administration, claims processing, and client support within our insurance operations team.
- Administer policy issuance and endorsements; coordinate with underwriters and claims teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work effectively under deadlines while delivering excellent client service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years of general insurance operations experience, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with insurance systems and MS Office.
