Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated General Assistant to join our team at Cosmosoft Technologies. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks including:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring availability of meeting rooms.
- Maintaining communication with clients and customers, as well as taking notes during meetings.
- Handling documents through faxing, mailing, copying, and filing.
- Purchasing office supplies as needed.
- Signing for and distributing packages.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,584.60 to ₹43,370.39. Required experience is one year, preferred.
