Job Description
GAT – NPME is currently seeking a qualified Tractor Operator to enhance our agricultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various tractors to carry out essential farming tasks, including tilling, planting, and harvesting crops.
Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment in good working order, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating closely with farm management to maximize production efficiency. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, and prior experience with tractor operation is highly preferred.
