Job Description
The Front Office Receptionist will manage incoming and outgoing calls, handle patient enquiries, and actively perform telecalling for appointment booking and follow-ups.
The role includes scheduling appointments, maintaining basic records, coordinating with doctors and therapists, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Professional communication, punctuality, and accountability are mandatory.
