Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to be the first point of contact for our guests at Sagar Fabrics. The GSA will be responsible for efficiently managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations to ensure a delightful guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and complete the registration process.
- Accurately process check-outs and billing transactions.
- Coordinate room assignments with the housekeeping team.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in-person.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain daily records in the front office.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month
