Job Description
TOWN BRIDGE HOTELS & SUITES is seeking a motivated Front Office Executive with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
Requirements: Must be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. Previous experience in guest relations is preferred.
