Job Description

We are seeking a professional Front Office Executive to warmly welcome guests, manage incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, handle mail, and provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and report preparation. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Hotsoft is a plus. Postgraduates or graduates with prior guest relations or hotel experience are preferred. Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is desirable. This is a full-time, in-person role.

• Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month
