Job Description
Fragrant Nature Resort in Kollam invites you to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Executive. This full-time position involves overseeing daily front desk operations, facilitating seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, and delivering outstanding guest relations. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests, supervising front office personnel, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries promptly.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹17,00.00 to ₹19,00.00 per month, along with employee benefits such as meals and a Provident Fund. Please note that this position requires in-person work and entails rotational shifts.
