Job Description
Onclick Digital Marketing Academy is looking for a motivated Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations and foster student engagement. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for guiding students through effective counseling and telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students and visitors
- Manage incoming calls
- Schedule counseling appointments
- Maintain student databases
- Support front desk administrative tasks
Requirements: Female candidates preferred, excellent communication skills, previous counseling experience, basic computer proficiency, and fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
