Job Description
We are currently looking for a Front Office Executive with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. As the initial point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate front desk records.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
