Job Description
Arcadia Regency is looking for a dedicated and personable Front Office Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with:
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally
- Processing direct room reservations from walk-in guests
- Overseeing room bookings via phone and mobile calls
- Efficiently managing online reservations
- Responding to phone inquiries from guests and travel agents
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flexible schedule, meal provisions, and Provident Fund.
Shifts: Day, Night, and Rotational shifts available.
Location: In-person.
Requirements
