Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team at AMBIENCE GROUPS OF HOTELS. In this role, you will be responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms while accommodating special requests as much as possible. You will assist in pre-registration and room blocking for reservations.
Essential duties include managing credit and cash transactions, understanding room status, and coordinating updates with housekeeping. Additionally, you will perform cashier functions and handle mail, packages, and messages appropriately.
This is a full-time position; work location is in person.
