Job Description

Click Hotels is excited to announce an opening for a Guest Service Associate to join our dedicated front office team. As the initial point of contact for our guests, your role is essential in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out experience and promptly address any guest inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in front office or customer service, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
