Job Description
Bloom Hotels is seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to enhance our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for fostering guest relations by warmly welcoming guests, efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Additionally, you will handle operational tasks, which include managing reservations and room assignments, as well as utilizing hotel management software effectively.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent, suitable for Freshers. Salary Range: ₹14,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month.
