Job Description

Join the Bloom Hotel Group as a Front Office Associate! In this role, you will greet clients, answer phone calls, and ensure a warm atmosphere as guests arrive. Key responsibilities include managing guest registrations, coordinating with the concierge, and addressing guest feedback promptly. Familiarity with hotel rooms and rates is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as food provision, paid time off, and a Provident Fund.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in Hindi and English, and a year of experience with Microsoft Office.
