Job Description
VYNA HILLOCK RESORT AND SPA is seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will oversee front desk operations, warmly greet visitors, manage phone inquiries, and provide essential support for various administrative tasks.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Handle and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and documentation.
- Provide assistance with general administrative duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month

Requirements
